There is more than one way to eat healthfully and everyone has their own eating style. We’ve discussed a lot internally about whether it’s OK to report on specific diets, like paleo, intermittent fasting, Keto, low-carb, Whole30, and so on, or provide recipes that are compatible with these diets, given everything we know about weight loss, health, and how dieting is often unsustainable.

Exercise can contribute to weight loss in that some people who begin to exercise will also modify their food intake for a variety of reasons, which can then lead to weight loss. However it would be wrong to pretend that the swinger lifestyle does not create more risk of infection than a strictly monogamous one.

While many diets” are fads meant to be followed for short periods of time, research shows that some approaches, including some low-carbohydrate diets and Mediterranean diets can be good models upon which to base your own dietary strategy as long as they incorporate healthy, high-quality foods.

Exercise, cessation of tobacco consumption, eating a high-fiber, low-fat diet, controlling body weight, and learning to cope with stress, reduce the risk of heart disease. It’s now a whole lifestyle in its own right with more people prioritising healthy living and wellbeing.
