What’s more, you can keep on adding barbells, treadmills and pull-up bars to your home gym. the motivation to workout will always be there when you have a free gym at home.

Another great solution to working out when you are on a financial plateau or do not have space to set up a gym at home is a makeshift workout. You can still work out and get that ripped body without a home gym or going to the local gym. Work out using any item available to you just like people did long ago when there were not gym machines available. You can use a bag filled with books and other heavy items as an effective weight to do squats when do not have barbells. Use tree branches to do pull ups or do inverted push-ups on the staircase to increase the angle. Effective workout does not require you to spend endless hours in the gym but learning the basics of using your body weight and items to exercise like in the army training. This tips will help you stay motivated and also keep you fit without spending much.
